History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Heward is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
