History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dustin will drive conversation. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
