History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Cory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
