History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
