History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Adelard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Adelard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he very much looks the part of a Baker. He has wavy red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Dustin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister
