History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: He was born in a small desert village. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

This search led him directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
