He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
