He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gomory hails from a village terrorized by giants. A freak accident while working with his Beggar father left him crippled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
