History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Diggory abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
