Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
