Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a falchion on his belt. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Apothecary; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Description: He wears suspenders and pastel workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is dressed in an above average manner. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
