Description: This younger middle-aged man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the west to a Gardener, Robert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raymond was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
