Personality: Eccentric and domineering, William will drive conversation. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Actor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Arnold was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
