History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Armorer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by his family
