History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
