History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When William reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sellsword. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sellsword.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'0" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His black hair is cut short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Richard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
