Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
