History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Conrad was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate.
