Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
