He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
