Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
