History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the south. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
