Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
