History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality
