He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Simon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
