Gerald Woods, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of rapiers on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Cynical, Fearful, Disease. Bonds: Rich. Occupation: Dilettante
Voice: Stutters

Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Insomniac, Racist. Bonds: Attractive, Slave. Occupation: Barkeep
Voice: Mumbles to self between sentences

Personal [hide]
Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and retire the richest man in the north
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Pacifist. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Immigrant, Nature. Occupation: Carpenter
