History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Beggar. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult
