Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
