Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
