History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Gerard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Gerard took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
