History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Balimaar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion
