History: Born in the east to a Knight, Roger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Stylist father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
