Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
