History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Mayor soon after.
