His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
