Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Don enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Don was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: 6'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He got into the Fisher business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Trey and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'1". He wears baggy green pantaloons and a grey scarf, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kody grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
