Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to open a new tavern
