History: Godfrey was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. During his travels, Godfrey and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Godfrey discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Godfrey fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Lewis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the west

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
