Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is fixated on the number 3. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a simple green robe with blue stripes complete with hood, marred by chocolates. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'5". He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born in a small island village. Ralf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
