Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants a kiss

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he is greedy

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Raymond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Rolf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is fixated on the number 97. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business
