History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adelard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
