Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the north. Jocelyn was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Gardener. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
