Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
