Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
