His whole body is exceptionally muscular. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Tanner. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.
