Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
