Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His brown hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Manfred isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
