History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wants to work out more often

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
