Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. After coming to the age of reason, Randal took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
