History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
